Last updated: 27 Nov 2025

Whispr is designed for safe, respectful, real-world connections. To protect our community—especially children—we strictly enforce these standards for every user and every piece of content shared on Whispr.

Zero-Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

Whispr strictly prohibits:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Sexualization of minors
  • Grooming, enticement, or exploitation of children in any form
  • Any attempt to engage a minor in sexual conversation or content
  • Exchange or request for images/videos involving minors

Any violation results in immediate account removal and mandatory reporting to NCMEC or relevant law enforcement, as required.

Protection of Minors

Whispr does not allow:

  • Users under the minimum age requirement (13+ or country-specific age)
  • Communication intended to mislead minors
  • Any harassment or harmful behavior toward children

We use automated detection and manual moderation to identify and block such content.

User-Generated Content Rules

All user content must be:

  • Respectful
  • Safe
  • Non-sexual towards minors
  • Free from violence, harassment, or exploitation

We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove content that violates these standards.

Moderation & Enforcement

Whispr uses:

  • Automated detection systems
  • Human moderation
  • Abuse reporting tools inside the app

Reports related to CSAE are reviewed immediately and escalated to authorities when required.

Developer Responsibility

These standards apply to all services provided by Whispr (Developer: Prograk Tech). We are committed to ensuring a safe environment and complying with all Google Play Child Safety Standards.

Reporting

Users can report violations inside the app or email Prograktech@gmail.com. Severe violations are investigated immediately.
